Our Dream

We started out just wanting to sell bento boxes, funnily enough. From there, we realized dorayaki was a great Japanese dessert to go with bento, and we started discussing the idea with an international friend. She is very passionate about food, and it made us realize that food is a bridge between cultures, so we decided to bring those cultures to the city of Knoxville. We are tirelessly working toward an authentic menu that also tastes great! We will incorporate meals when we get our location. We are looking forward to being a permanent fixture once we open!
